Haha! I had some awesome pillow creases on my arm this morning and once even got a cuff crease (from old lumberjack shirt) complete with button on my face when I fell asleep during a lecture at uni millions of years ago so I could totally relate to a Gladiator called Pillow Crease ;)

I was suffering pillow crease at the time which might explain it! Wow, yea it tends to take a while for me to lose pillow/couch/blanket/sleave creases. In light of your elucidation I stand by pillow crease :)
