I have had the same three silver sleeper earrings in my ears for the last four years, and probably will for many years to come.

I don't think you have to change them unless they're making your ears sore.

Thanks! I was afraid this was really gross. I suppose the solution is to just stop taking them out to play with them. (Although, I might do it more often for a while and see if I can gradually get them any cleaner.) I don't want to change them, either.
