The gentleman in question is 5'5" (and a half, apparently), and is on the constant receiving end of jokes about his height from Charlie. He's also quite a funny chap. When sitting down to dinner we ended up talking about medieval banqueting, for some reasons:
Me: "All we need to complete the picture is a bear in a cage..." Ed: "So we can poke it with sticks!" *laughter* Me (without thinking): "And maybe some sort of...comedy dwarf!"
