(no subject)

OK, this is weird. I am sat at my desk at work, and I keep getting this smell of BO. It is not unpleasant, per se, but it is certainly fairly strong and noticeable. I have surreptitiously sniffed myself several times and can confirm that it's not coming from me: I am wearing clean clothes and I showered this morning. There's no one else in smelling distance. Where is it coming from? Is it some sort of sweaty revenant?

In other news, I think I have broken my brain by trying to do too many things simultanously today: novel (Turkish immigrants in 1915 Australia), PhD (Sudanese refugees), a piece of work on interpreters for police forces, and two separate job applications. Happily, tonight I am going to the circus where I can sit and gaze, slack-jawed, at jugglers and acrobats, and try not to get any drool on myself.
