(no subject)

Blimey, London's blowing away. All my trains home are apparently delayed by at least an hour, and two of my colleagues are stranded in Waterloo, trying to get to Brussels but the Eurostars have been cancelled and another colleague is desperately trying to get them on a flight but I doubt anything's going to be taking off in this weather (though we did manage to take off for Istanbul in the Great Fog of December 2006, so I suppose it's possible). Good thing I'm out for drinks tonight, yes?

Also, I have twice in the past ten minutes had to correct myself for apostrophe misuse. What is wrong with me?
